Depends really on what you will be using it for. The OQO is smaller than the U810, but the keyboard isn't that great - it'll be uncomfortable typing documents, but typing in things such as, a search on Google for 'OQO'. If you're likely to use it quite often for documents, the U810 is better. Although the processor speed is slower, it is quicker than the OQO models for general use. Also you're getting a better screen resolution with the U810 - 1024 x 600 instead of 800 x 480 on the OQO - the higher resolution is definitely much nicer when browsing web pages! I remember trying to do it on a 800 x 480 device before, and you have to keep scrolling from left to right because the whole web page doesn't fit. The resolution of the U810 is the same as most netbooks, so it is quite a nice one to use. You also get CF and SD slots with the U810. One other problem with an OQO - the company doesn't exist anymore so replacement parts and batteries are hard to come by. The OQOs are very cool little devices but quite impractical really.

Anyway sorry for that being quite wordy but that basically sums up the pair of them - if you want something that will fit it your pocket, get an OQO. If you don't mind a slightly larger (I really mean slightly) machine, go for the U810 - the better keyboard and higher screen resolution make it a much more useable device.
